When will my order be shipped out?

All in-stock orders will be shipped out within 3 days of purchase.


What is the method of shipping?

USPS 1st Class is the method of shipping. If you have a special circumstance and require expedited shipping, please send me an email and we can make special arrangements.


Do you ship outside of the US?

Currently, all shipping is within North America. If you would like something to be shipped to a different country, please reach out and I can provide some quotes for different methods of shipping to your country.


Return Policy

I understand that buying jewelry online can be a challenge - I try to provide you with the dimensions of each piece and a photo of the piece on an actual person, so that you can get an idea of the “fit”.  If you have any additional questions while deciding upon the perfect piece for you or your recipient - please reach out and ask, as I am happy to help you find the right fit for you.

All sales are final.  However, I stand behind my work - if it arrives damaged, I will gladly exchange/or repair the piece. You must show photo proof of the damage within 2-3 days of receiving your package. 

 

***SHIPPING***

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an order.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
